Updates (revisions to current major version) and upgrades (newer major version) are offered free of charge by electronic download only. Internet provider and data fees may apply.

Technical Support
Free life-time (the life-time of Bdw Publishing) tehcnical support is provided.

Free support is available only though the MPO Software forum, or by permission, via private email to Bdw Publishing.

Bdw Publishing reserves the right to limit for a time of its discretion, technical support for any person, private or as a representative of an organization, should they be considered to be overly taking advantage of free support. Reasons for the restriction will be provided at the time. The decision by Bdw Publishing is final.

MPO Software Forum
Profane, demeaning, derogatory, and/or potentially liablous language in the MPO Sofware forum or in private emails sent to Bdw Publshing or members of the MPO Software forum, is strictly prohibited.

Use of the forum for commercial or advertising of any kind, other than by Bdw Publishing, and public policy not related to matters of direct relevance to astronomical research, is strictly prohibited.

Violation of forum policies when using the forum will result in permanent banishment from the forum. The reasons for the action will be given. The decision by Bdw Publishing is final.

No part of the data or information contained in any files nor any part of the manuals may be duplicated or re-transmitted by any means without the express written consent of Bdw Publishing.

Trademarks are the property of their respective companies.

All software and reference materials are provided “as-is”, without any warranty as to its performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Further, Bdw Publishing does not warrant, guarantee, or make any claims in regards to the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise of the software. These are the only warranties of any kind, either ex-press or implied, that are made by Bdw Publishing regarding any soft-ware it produces and sells.

License
The License Agreement is straightforward. Be honest and may your skies be clear. Cheat and may cloudy skies haunt you forever.

You may make a backup set of the installation program for archive purposes.

Version 10 Licensing
If a single license, it is issued to the end-user, directly or via their representative, and so copies of the software may not be distributed to other parties by any means. For an eductational license, each seat is under the single-seat license with a one and only one person being the designated end-user for all seats.

If a single license, you may install the programs such that one and only one user can use the software at any given time. Consider the software like a physical book: only one person can read it at a time. For the single license, it is permissable to install the software one more than one machine, providing – again – that one and only one person is using the sum total of copies at any given time.

Installation on a network server for access by multiple simultaneous users is not allowed. Installation on a server is allowed only if one and only one user is allowed acces to the software at any one time.

If a multiple license (educational), the program can be installed as if you have five (5) DVDs though you use the single DVD for installation. The rules for each installation are the same as for a single license agreement.

If you sell or otherwise dispose of the computer(s) on which the software is installed, you must either remove the software entirely beforehand or transfer complete ownership to the new owner, this includes the original and archive DVDs and any documentation. In the case of a multi-user license, you must decrement the number of allowed installations by the number of computers of which you disposed and carry the MPO software.

V10 Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the software within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund, including any shipping or merchant processing fees.

We may ask the reason for the return so that we can try to improve the product and/or service. Your reply, or lack of one, will not affect the return policy.

Refunds will be issued as credit to the credit card account used for the purchase. It may take from 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Note that this may mean that you'll receive a statement from the issuing institution that does not reflect the refund. Please check with the institution after the grace period and, if no record of the refund is found, please contact Bdw Publishing.

Please refer to the conditions in the previous section regarding your responsibilities in the event of you receiving a refund.

Version 12 Licensing
Version 12 is not restricted in use or distribution, with the exceptions of

• Disassembly or backward-engineering of binary files is prohibited.
• Neither the software or documentation may be used within another program or other offering, free or commercial, without express written permission from Bdw Publishing.
• The software must be used for legal purposes only and cannot be used in any manner that would be liable to civil and/or criminal prosecution.

• Bdw Publishing does not and never will provide user information to any third party, save when required by law or ordered to do so by the courts.

• The only user information on Bdw Publishing premises is that on a PDF of the invoice generated by the Network Solutions eCommerce web site. This does not include credit card numbers.

• Credit card information is not maintained by Bdw Publishing, but it is available through the PayPal merchant account dashboard. Barring a dispute or other issue regarding payment, that information is never accessed by Bdw Publishing.

• Bdw Publishing is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, due to a security breech of any kind or reason by PayPal and/or Network Solutions.
